1. Overview
05701-A-0302 is the core single-channel rack-mount control card of Honeywell System 57 gas safety monitoring system, specially designed for catalytic bead combustible gas sensors (LEL). It is installed in standard 19-inch 3U rack cabinets, supporting 2-wire/3-wire bridge type gas probes.
The front panel is equipped with a 4-digit LCD digital display + bar graph, real-time showing gas concentration percentage LEL, with independent LED status lights for A1 low alarm, A2 high alarm, fault and inhibit lockout. Three groups of relay dry contacts can interlock exhaust fans, cut-off valves and sound-light alarms. It outputs standard 4–20mA analog signal to DCS/PLC, and adopts Modbus RTU RS485 bus to upload gas data, alarm and fault information to upper monitoring host.
Built-in complete sensor fault diagnosis function, automatically identify sensor open circuit, short circuit, drift failure, and trigger fault alarm. Supports field calibration via front panel buttons, adjustable alarm thresholds in 1%FS steps, low-drift circuit design to ensure long-term stable measurement in petrochemical, power, oil & gas hazardous areas. Fully compatible with Experion PKS DCS system integration.
